Ok, forgive me but these shoes do not look that great, lol. Can someone please explain the appeal? I’m not familiar with this brand. Thanks!

    • megan

I was just gonna ask the same thing. They’re just not cute to me!

      • Vanessa

I’m glad it isn’t just me! I didn’t want to be rude but i would normally have just passed over them based on looks.

      • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

Hey there Vanessa and Megan! I just wanted to let you both know that these shoes are awesome for little ones who are learning how to walk! They are flexible and light, and my favorite part – SO EASY to put on! Just thought I’d let ya know my experience with them – I love Robeez!

        • Vanessa

Thank you for the feedback 🙂

          • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

            You bet!! 😀

    • Linda

If I remember correctly from when my kids started walking , I think these are geared towards beginner walkers , rather than putting bulky shoes on them. Since walking barefoot is more
Natural for them to learn when starting to walk these shoes I think are for that purpose and they can’t pull them off bc of the elastic.

    • Katie

This brand is a high quality product made with leather and best for new walkers. These shoes are so much better than thick soled shoes that make it tougher for them to walk.

    • Lisa

LOVE Robeez! I am a mom of 7, and did not discover them until about the 3rd or 4th child. They stay ON! What can I say? They stay on, and they are cute!

  3. Cortney

Omg! I love these shoes! They were recommended to me for my soon to be walker!! (He walked two weeks later) And because they are elastic the Bebe can’t get them off!! Two thumbs up!

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

I had a great experience with Robeez too, Courtney! Thanks for the review! 😀

Thank u Nancy! I used it!

Lol what 3-6 month needs rain boots?😉

    • Cristine

      My thoughts exactly! Haha

    • Vanessa

      Lol!!

      • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

        LOL! 😉

  6. Em

We loved Robeez! This is such a great price, as I bought them used for $6-$8. The soft ones are the best for beginning walkers. My older child had fat feet as a baby/toddler and didn’t fit into real shoes, so he wore robeez booties and skidders.

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

So happy you had a great experience with Robeez, Em! Thanks for the review! 😀

  7. Chelsea

The Roobez soft soles are awesome. We used them for both boys and they held up well. I think the soft sole makes balance easier? Not sure but they do hold up.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the feedback Chelsea! Glad to hear how well they hold up!

  8. Kristi

Love robeez! The polka dot ones are just too cute! Had to get them because the price is right!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Glad you could snag the Kristi! 😉

When my son was a baby (12 years ago) Robeez were $30 and they were the only shoes I bought for him until he was 18mo. I even bought Robeez boots. He had really wide feet so I felt like I was breaking his ankle putting him in any other shoe. He also would never keep socks on so these were perfect!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for sharing your experience Kim!

  10. V

Robeez are wonderful and more natural for little walkers. What a fabulous price!!!

  11. Vanessa

Will they fit a narrow foot? My daughter has really slender feet and it is so hard to find shoes that fit. Her tiny toms are way too wide and fall off. She currently wears a 2. Any advice is appreciated.

    • Katie

Yes! My kids don’t have narrow feet but the elastic on Robeez makes them stay on very well.

      • Vanessa

        Thank you!

    • rebecca

YES, all my kids are really slender and low weight percentile. these are some of the ONLY shoes that will stay on. my kids wear one size smaller than the Robeez sizing states.
i especially appreciate these in the winter, because my babies all had skinny legs and their socks constantly fall off/slip down. these hold the socks on. some people might wonder why a 3-month-old needs shoes, but it’s b/c these shoes hold the socks on when it’s cold.
AND Robeez are machine washable, and i passed them down for multiple children and they looked great and were still stretchy and brightly colored even after sitting in storage for several years until needed again.

These are the only shoes I started with my 2 kids and will still be for my 3rd one. I learned about this when I was teaching kids where children use inside shoes and saw how comfy they were. My 2 holistic pediatricians recommended this and totally agreed to their suggestion. Right, they don’t look aesthetically nice but the benefits you’re getting for your children is worth every penny.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Happy to hear how much you have liked them Mary! Thanks for sharing!

I would recommend everyone with a little one buy a pair of these. Look around a little and find a pair that are cute. My daughter is now almost 6 and I got her a pair was she was little and they are one of best purchases I made. I think I paid about $20 for her pair bc I found a really adorable pair. We used them all the time. I was afraid of them getting ruined so I bought a pair of knock offs and they didn’t last but a couple times. They are amazing to put on when you but your little one in a walker. My daughter cried a lot and it seemed to help her if she was outside for some reason. We would put her robeez on, put her in her walker and let her walk around our patio. She loved it! Actually both of my kids loved it and the robeez really protect their feet. Also if you have hardwood floor these keep them from slipping around which helps them to walk.
