Tips from a former employee–Always ask the store manager if they will accept an online offer in store, YMMV with this as there is no set policy, it just truly depends on the manager you get. I wouldn’t necessarily suggest making a special trip, but if you stop by just ask, they really don’t like telling a ‘Shoe Lover’ “no”.
Always ask them to check if you have reward certificates as associates are often told not to check for you or tell you they are there. They feel you came in to shop whether you had a coupon or not.
There is a 7 day grace period on expired coupons/offers & a 30 day grace period on expired rewards certificates. Even past the grace period ask the manager, but again it depends.
