Yes! Macy’s has no timeline for returns.
180 day return policy. After that if we can find the transaction we will honor it, but no guarantees. I believe today may be an earn Macy’s money day.
My yes was to the returns part not to answer about how good of a deal it is. I feel like Kohls has a better deal ( around Black Friday) because you get kohls cash but didn’t google it to know for sure.

If you use a CC, many of them have price protection. My Discover card has 90 day price protection. I bought a stroller I saw on Hip2Save and a month later a lower price was listed. I submitted my price protection claim to Discover and they sent me a check for the difference.

So I need some insight into Macy’s here. I ordered the mixer yesterday, and today my order is back ordered. Does Macy’s fulfill back orders on a timely basis? They have no date for order shipment listed or anticipated. Do I cancel the order or wait it out? I have never purchased from Macy’s before so any insight would be helpful.
