For the charmin deal it says spend $30 not $29.97 before q’s to get $10 ECB so wonder if the $29.97 will work?

If I remember correctly, at CVS it will generate the ECB as long as you purchase 95% of the required amount. So for $30, you need to spend at least $28.50
It’s actually 98% or $29.40.
