Apparently there is a glitch happening in the system. I was able to chat with the representative and they are sending me the second $5 gift card. Hope that helps!

Yeah, I tried this on the crest 2 pack toothpaste too! On my first try this morning, it showed 2 gift cards but then it won’t let me sign out. When I attempted again, it only showed one gc. What a bummer.! Now, I’m not sure if it’s still the same in the store. Has anybody gone down to the store for these deals?
I was able to go to the store today… My local store had the buy 4 get $5gc and I used the coupon for $5gc when you spend $15. I also used 1 of the $5 off 2 coupons. I bought the undone shampoo and conditioner… 4 bottles for $5 after gc and coupon 😀
At my target the shampoo n conditioner are $4.99 each
