Thanks! I ordered this with the idea that they are mini and since nobody will be home at my house Halloween night, I plan on putting a HUGE bucket of candy out. This will be a fun addition.
We have done that for several years thinking it was a way to still pass it out and take our kids out. Last year, one of the boys had to run back to use the bathroom- Literally 5 minutes after we left the house, and the bucket had been completely emptied. And we had left early- so MAYBE a handful of kids had even started. It was disappointing. Parents don’t teach their kids respect and manners anymore.
THe same thing happened to us. We even put a note out saying “only two pieces each please.” One of us will be staying home this year to hand out the candy. I was shocked at the disrespect.
Oi. I have a feeling that will happen too. I guess I’m just hoping parents will teach their kids? We live on a road where most kids come with their parents. Hopefully the teens will respect the 2 piece rule.
