I ordered a different product by this company that was featured on here. I wasn’t impressed and wrote a review stating so. The company saw my review and contacted me stating they were sorry I was displeased and to make it up, I could pick out a different one of their products with a list of my choices. I wrote back to thank them and to give them my new choice. They wrote back to say they got my choice and would send it out to me just as soon as I “revised” my review.

Yes, that is correct. I updated my review from 2 to 3 stars. I left the original review of the product unchanged but left an addendum that the company offered me a new, different product. I emailed the company back to say I had “revised” my review. They said they would mail the new product ( and they did) but they said 3 stars was still negative and they request that I change it to 4 or 5 if I love the new, different product. I cannot in good conscious do that. It’s nice that they sent me a new product, but it was really an attempt to get me to change my original review. I read several other negative reviews on multiple items by this company and got the impression that this is standard practice.

I bought this scale a few weeks ago from amazon and it is great. As soon as you step on, a number appears instead of waiting a second before you could step on. It seems sturdy. My only worry is if my 1 year old twins somehow break the glass on it. Other than that so far it is a great scale. Better than my last scale that I paid 3x the amount
