I think maybe she was referring to the $10 off any purchase codes they had sent out in the emails. I had been hoping they’d offer free shipping sometime while those codes were good too… eventually just made a trip into the store to use mine and found some cute winter hats on clearance… got one for myself and one for gifting… all for $4!

Where do you enter the $10 bonus certificate? I entered under the “reward certificate” but it’s telling me I put it in the wrong spot. I got this message: “We’re sorry, but it appears that you may have entered your code in the wrong field. Please enter it in the Gift Card, Merchandise Credit or Bonus Certificate field. “
At the “Merchant Field” right before you put your credit card info or paypal checkout. 1st tab is for the promo code then there’s another one that says “merchant code or something”. I tried my 10$ and it worked.

Be aware that if you use your $10 reward certificate and apply it to your order, the certificate number will become activated and considered used and no longer valid, even if you do not submit your order. I called CS and they were kind enough to give back a $10 credit back on my credit card. They said they have a new system in place as of 8/2016 that if you apply your certificate number to your order, it can only be used once and then it’s no longer valid. Make sure your order is complete and finalized before applying your certificate number, and then submit your order at that time.
