for the $5 concession make sure it has the picture posted above on the cereal box. i bought three boxes that should have qualified but it did not have the moana picture above and i did not qualify for the $5 concession ticket.
Not true. There is just a specific list of brands. I have redeemed for the Concession cash 3 times. Each receipt only had (1) box with the movie offer but I still received the Concession cash 🙂

Call Kelloggs and speak with one of the reps. They can change it so you can get the cash. I have called about other things, and it does get done.
I bought FIVE boxes in one trip to CVS (2 Rice Krispies, 2 Special K, and 1 Raisin Bran) and when I emailed the receipt to the address, all I got was this vague reply: “Oops – your receipt didn’t meet the requirements to earn Movie Concession Cash™. ” Which is just soooooo helpful.
Does there need to be a Moana ad on the box of cereal for it to qualify? If not, what is their problem??

Me either. It said the points have been added to your account, but they weren’t. When I look at Recent Points Earned it says Code Entry 10/20/2016, and nothing where the points should be. ??
