This nail polish chips super quick. Super easy to cancel, good freebie but I would not pay for their product at all because it does not last at all

I’d have to disagree. I’m on day 4 of my application with only one chip. And I didn’t even use a top coat. It is the best quality nail Polish I’ve ever used.

Wondering same thing… they used to be that you could do the freebie and then cancel before they charge your card but the way it looks here I’m not so sure.
Looks like if you subscribe then you will recieve the free nail polish in addition to the subscription box. So you will pay $25 for the box then use the code to get the free nail polish as well
No. They take your credit card info now for shipping, but you won’t get a box (besides this free gift) until next month. Between the 20th and 24th of each month, you choose the contents of your box. They then charge for the box the following month. If you prepay, they will charge you the number of boxes at the time you get the box.
If I choose the 6 month option, would I be charged the full amount for 6 months right off the bat and then be refunded if I cancel after a month? Or will I be charged $16.66 per month? I’m seeing $168 in my card after applying the coupon. TIA!
It is upfront — the idea being you pay for all six boxes now. Prepaying that much gives you the better deal.

I love Julep too! I’ve been a Maven over two years. Their polish lasts longer than any other I’ve tried. I also like their beauty products (esp. the hand cream & lip gloss). I get the more expensive items in my box and add on the polishes at a discount. They also have great customer service from my experience.
I wonder if the code FREEFALL expired, as they’re stating this code isn’t valid. Initially when I attempted to check out with a box, it shows you get an 8 piece beauty set with the code COLOR8.
How odd. I am still finding code FREEFALL to be valid. Are you by chance on a mobile device?
If you’re wondering, you won’t be able to get the polish free and cancel before the first box ships. They charge $24.99 when they ship the polish. I think they could have been clearer about their policies.
I decided to get the julep subscription box but when I go to checkout and use the code FREEFALL for the 12 piece polish set it says not valid. I tired on my phone and laptop same results with both devices.
