If you go to the older post there is a $5.00 coupon available on the beyond dogfood. I did this deal earlier today. I used (2) $5.00 off printable coupons, and (2) of the $2.00 Target printable coupons combined with the 31% cartwheel. My total ended up being 1.44. Then tax. I also received a $5.00 target giftcard. So it ended up being a money maker for me. I hope this deal works for others.

It brings it down to $1.44 not $7.44 at the checkout. and you still walk away with a $5.00 gift card to use on a later purchase.so a $3.56 money maker.
Anyone having a hard time using coupons at Target? it’s like a battle every single time I go so the deal has to be oh so worth it for me to just head there (SAD, because Target has always been my favorite store for deals) Seems 90% of my coupons never scan (manufacture coupons as well as printed) Eventhough I have exactly what is described on the coupon, the refuse it. I hate to make a scene but nothing makes me madder than being told I can’t use a coupon when I am using it correctly. I make them take the products back off and tell them I will take it somewhere it works. (Example Buy 5 Sheba cat food get 5 free: I bought 20 and used 2 coupons. one scanned, one beeped. She tried to tell me I was using the coupon illegally so of course I told her take 10 off and give me my coupon back) I purchased ONE bag of Iam’s dog food last week. I had a $5 off Target manufacture coupon and a $3 off Manufacture coupon, which CAN be used together. The promotion they had going was buy 2 bags get $5 target gift card. I had no need for 2 at the time so I only purchased one. The machine beeped on the $3 coupon. I told her I had the right product she calls over a manager. The manager starts yelling at me “Well you got a Target Gift Card, that is why!” I proceeded to tell her (I had a gift card in my hand to PAY, it was a older gift card I earned) I didn’t get a gift card because I only purchased one. Her reply was “Well, you’re out of luck. Our computers updated and if it says you don’t have the right item, you’re not getting money off. On the receipt it says “Pet Food …. $18.99” is that why its not taking the coupons because it doesn’t state IAMS it states Pet Food?!? Anyone having this issue?
It sounds like whoever works at your store is not being very kind about this. Yes they will not be able to ‘over ride’ coupons anymore but someone there should be able to look at it closely with you to try and figure out whats going on. They will still be updating the system to try and make it better, maybe it’s just such a pain since it’s like a new policy rolling out?
If hand scanning the coupon doesn’t work, ask to have the associate scan the coupon using the scanner gun. My $5 Purina coupon didn’t work and a manager said they wouldn’t be able to take it if the computer wouldn’t accept it. She then used the scanner gun to show it the coupon wasn’t good, and sure enough, the computer took it with no problem.

I did the transaction on the beyond dog food but didn’t about the cartwheel 😣 could I go back and ask for readjustment?
You could always bring your receipt in or call in to ask if they would do an adjustment, before you head out. Good luck!
Target is a nightmare. I’d rather return then have them adjust. Just my opinion.
Just came back from Target and picked up 2 bags of the Purina Beyond dry dog food. I grabbed the “small dog” food and for some reason, the “small dog” bags are not kicking back the $5 Gift Card. Customer Service was very nice about it and went ahead and issued the Gift Card. $1.44 for two bags plus the $5 GC. I hope to go back for the deal one more time and then use the $10 GC’s on Halloween candy.

I had a $3 off any size Purina Smartblend coupon. It expired 12/31 and I had six of them. Made a very nice deal on her favorite dog food. $11/ bag, $5 gift card with the purchase of two bags, 31% cartwheels, $3 coupon off each bag. It ended up being $2.09 each bag!!
Collin please give my feedbback to Target. After reading some horror stories over the years about Target here. I have been treated like a criminal there for using coupons exactly like you did in your videos. The rudeness of their cashiers is sickening. The management as stated by many of your comenters is not much better. Target comes up with these deals and then they put you through hell to get them? Why Target? They need to revamp their customer service. Walmart is better and Kohls is exellent in customer service practices. Not going back after this last mistreatment.

Question, I printed two coupons from two different email account. the barcode at the bottom reads the same number but the top right barcode has different number. I was told by a cashier once that it’s the bottom barcode that they have to go buy, so does that mean I will only be able to use 1 coupon?
That cashier is incorrect as ALL printed coupons have the same scanning barcode but DIFFERENT serial numbers (whats at the top) which shows that each coupon was printed legitimately. I try calmly standy ground but not confrontational when the cashier tries to refuse my coupon and if he/she does not budge, I ask them to void my transaction. I’ll then take my stuff straight to customer service because those workers are almost always the most well trained/experience with difficult transactions and coupon policy.
Every time I go to outings to print off the $5 Qs it says no more coupons available. Is it just me??

As an idea for anyone with cats instead (I have both but my dog is picky) I bought 2 of the 3lb Purina Beyond (10.19 each) and used 2 $5 manyfacture off and 2 $2 target coupon available for the cat food and got $5 gift card. No cartwheel but.69 a bag for $10 cat food is a good deal if you have no dog or a picky one like me!:)
I was able to price match Target.com, $26.99 per bag on the 31.1 lb bags, used Cartwheel and got the $5 gift card. I wasn’t sure I would be allowed to but they did allow it. Also used 2/$1.50 coupons. Made a hot deal for me!
I just got home from Target, used 2 mfg coupons & 2 Target coupons = $1.77 total ( which I’m happy with) but i did not receive the $5 GC’!! I even went to guess services with the tag to ask why? …. answer was b/c I used coupons and that does not seem correct to me Anyone ? Should I contact Corp I’m happy with the sale and felt I got a excellent deal but still feel a little shorted
