On October 31st, select My Coke Rewards members can earn TRIPLE points on these participating Fanta products. Please note that you must have received this offer in your inbox in order to be eligible to receive these bonus points. Only Green caps from Fanta packages will receive bonus points and triple points will not be available via SMS code entry.

The last double point promotion was very disappointing and frustrating. I entered several Diet Coke caps only for the site to continuously freeze. When it did come around it told me the code was already used, even though I had just entered the code and gave me no points. The supposedly new and improved site is nothing more than difficult to maneuver and definitely not user friendly IMHO.
The same thing happened to me, but when I contacted them after the promotion ended, they corrected my point total. Problem was, I had quit entering codes long before I hit the maximum because I was afraid I would lose them. Maybe it will go better this time!
i had so much trouble with the website that day also, and so i contacted customer service. one representative told me to email them my codes and they would correct my total. i did that, and now i can’t get anyone else to follow up on my email! i have talked to 3 other people, and they won’t honor what the first rep said, even though i have forwarded his email response as reference!
i was told too much time has passed by now, and the promotion is over, and i explained that i contacted them WHEN it happened, it’s not my fault it is taking so much time to get resolution! this much time has passed because i can’t get the original response taken care of, and that was within a day of it happening. boo!!
Coke Rewards is far more interested in you participating in their social media promotions than rewarding faithful customers.
Exactly. They want free advertising! I wrote to them and complained about the Diet Coke issue and they said I could email my points and get them tripled. I said hell no. I doubt they’d credit them correctly and I’d be out points!
Curious if you heard anything for Coke Holiday promotion they have each year?
I’m curious about that too even though it was nowhere as good last year as in previous years.
What is their holiday promotion?
Coke offers heavily discounted rewards usually starting early Dec ea year. Such as free 12pk soda for 30 pts, and gift cards (Dominos, a major market such as Walmart or Target, McD’s + more) that are also heavily discounted. Hard to pin down method of rewarding as it changes somewhat year after year. This site will be all over it so watch/wait for further details soon.

FYI – From this disclosure does not appear that fridge packs (or larger) will offer 3x bonus.
FYI2 – MCR program cannot distinguish btw Sprite or Fanta code (which is why they ask u which product u purch’d when u add a green code) so ANY unused GREEN CAP code u have CAN be applied towards Fanta & the bonus.
