Shop runner is not a good investment. I got it for free with my AE card, but barely use it and I shop online a lot. There’s a minimum order amount for almost every store – didn’t use to be like that. I wouldn’t pay even $5 for that

Ugh in typical groupon fashion, there is NO redeem button for my groupon per their instructions. I think I’m done with Groupon lol. The last 3 items I’ve purchased, I’ve had to have refunded for a variety of reasons 🙁

I just did the same thing. And they ultimately told me that I have to call shop runner directly. When I called them, they didn’t even know a Groupon for this type of deal existed and said they had to “send it up” and I’d get a response after 24 hours. I’m annoyed.

Shoprunner used to be sooooo amazing and they have really went downhill. It’s probably the stores though. Dominos used to be free delivery with them which was nice and so was beauty.com which was awesome when they had free items with $10 purchases. They had no minimum spend with shoprunner but then that changed and then they suspended it all together. Now I wouldn’t pay for Shoprunner.

After reading several forums and comments on this after I purchased voucher only to find there was not a redeem link I came across several stating they spoke with shoprunner and were told by shoprunner to email them with the voucher from Groupon and they would apply it. I called myself after reading comments to verify this and shoprunner is aware of it and told me the same also…. To email them with the groupon voucher.

I was able to get this for $4.00. After purchasing, I started looking through the stores and Toys R Us is no longer a participating store. I know that it used to be, but I don´t see it listed anymore. Just a heads up to anyone looking to do this deal. I am sure I will still get my $4.00 worth out of it, but I am sad to realize that Toys R Us is no longer there.
They removed TRU since August. I was disappointed to find this out as well. They constantly change the stores.

Emailed both Shoprunner and Groupon last night, and Shoprunner responded with apologies and link (https://www.shoprunner.com/activate) to activate with pin # from Groupon voucher.
Have not received a response from Groupon, although when I go to my account, it appears that vouchers have been updated with both link and pin number to activate the offer. HTH

To me, this deal seemed like a no-brainer initially. $4 for a year of free shipping? What’s not to like? And it looks like Shop Runner is honoring the Groupon deal after the initial hiccups. However, I wanted to let other H2Savrs know… When you click on the 140 stores link in the Groupon offer, the banner across the top prominently displays stores that ARE NOT (any longer) either in existence (Beauty.com and Drugstore.com) as well as stores that are still in existence but appear to be no longer part of the Shop Runner stable (PetSmart.com and ToysRUs.com).
I was able to snag this deal and redeem it already. I was planning on ordering from a few of these sites anyway so this is perfect. Thanks so much, Collin.
