Hi Collin. If you have “more entries inside” link next to the green thin line after you enter, then just click on that and it will take you to where you can enter the code. However, if you don’t have any more entries, then the “more entries inside” will not appear next to the green thin line under the sweepstakes. HTH

Has anyone else had any trouble redeeming points? I cannot get my points to apply even surprise points won’t work on the Kmart site or Shop Your Way. I have talked to customer support for weeks and they keep saying they are trying to figure it out. I also can’t access Shop Your Way coupons at all. When I click on it a blank page comes up. I have had a lot of points expire because of not being able to use them. I have tried different browsers and even different computers to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this? I would appreciate any advice thanks!
Yes; I’ve had the same issue. I can see the points, but can’t apply them to a purchase I want to make. I have to start a chat with a representative and ask them to apply the points, OR I have to go in store and they work just fine for me in store for some reason.
Darn, wasn’t a door buster when I played a few hours ago.
Answered the poll but won’t load the game. Fingers crossed I’ll get surprise points anyway.
Refresh and it should show a little orange gift box in the corner which you can then open and the instant win will pop up

They can be instant up to 10 days, mine always appear within an hour. Log out then back in can help to.
Oh how I wish they would let you pay with points and get the full points back. I was able to also use $3 off anything in points they had on my account though so was nice.
