This one still annoys me bc I’ve had a zappos account for years and made purchases but it won’t recognize my email or let me login so I can’t do this one.
I’m sure if you contacted the zappos online customer service, they’d help you out. I’ve contacted them before and they’re extremely helpful.
Same thing happened to me they have a department that verified my email and told r they saw i had reg. Since 2011
I realized that my code expired the day before I was going to use it…I chatted with Zappos and the promptly issued me a new one! I’m sure they’d do the same for you!

You can I’ve downloaded it on mine and got the free bag too.
When you go to the App Store on your iPad change the option in the top left to “iPhone Only” and you should see it. HTH!

They are not transferrable. It’s linked to your email account so you cannot share the code.
