I did a deal for some blocks and some small plush toys in the last week of October. The bear was added to the cart and confirmed. Shipping info stated that the bear was in my package but was not. Called customer service and was told the bear was no longer available. The order shipped October 31, so it must have run out right away. They offered me a $5 coupon….really irritating since I would not have bought the items if it was not for the Santa bear.
