Was very disappointed in Walmart.com when I recently ordered a gigantic bag of individually wrapped Halloween candy (that I planned to donate). I arrived to pick it up, and it was not what I ordered at all – but instead, a bag of non-individually wrapped candy, which I would have no use for. The manager told me that sometimes if Walmart.com does not have the correct item that was ordered, they will automatically substitute it for something they deem comparable. I told her I feel they should contact the customer prior to substituting a different item!
What?!?! That is insane! How can they determine what is “comparable”? Thanks for the heads up.

Caught this sale at my walmart! Obviously was picked over at 90% off, but only one of 8 items I purchased rang up correctly and my cashier didn’t know how to adjust the price to the proper sale price. I think she was having a rough day. Keep in mind to watch the prices as the items ring up!! (I had to go to service desk to get prices adjusted.)
Same happened to me but I didn’t feel like dealing with it at the moment because my daughter was getting antsy. I did the math at home and wrote it All down to help the cashier do it quicker when I go back to customer service. It rang up as 75% off instead of 90
ME TOO. I wanted those string lights originally priced $3.24 – signed for 75% off but rang up $1 each. I told the cashier that was the wrong price and she just stared at me like I was crazy. I just walked away from the check out – left everything there. BUT I did also spot a bunch of Crayola jumbo sidewalk chalk 24ct packs for $.50 – (i ended up going back and buying a ton of them for my kids school)
I scored like 4 costumes all around 1.99 each score!! Still marked 75% but I new better and checked! Whoohooo!

I got a jailbird men’s costume for $.99 at my walmart yesterday. There were only 3 costumes stuck back in the clearance row & some sweatshirts in the women’s section for $.55 each but nothing else halloween. When I checked out the cashier even said she was surprised I found the costume bc she thought they’d packed up all the unsold halloween stuff.

My walmart said they sent all their Halloween stuff off to the warehouse 3 days ago. 🙁 They have nothing in the store at all (from Halloween).
