I have not used this specific brand but I do take turmeric capsules and found them effective for pain relief because they are anti inflammatory. If you are trying to stay away from NSAIDs eg ibuprofen due to ulcers, this is a good alternative and it’s natural just make sure they have the USP seal. HTH 🌺
Luv, I found this so ironic. I actually just finished this week going to a pain clinic info session, and turmeric was one of the things they recommended. I had no idea. I have to do more research into it, but what an odd coincidence that Collin found this.
