Does anyone know if I can return if I am not happy with a product?
Ordered shampoo, and the order displayed “unexpected error”. Put it through again, and once again, stated “unexpected error”. Tried one more time, same response. Checked email, and it stated the order went through THREE TIMES! 🙁 Called customer service, and he said they would TRY to cancel the orders, but wasn’t sure he’d be able to. Never apologized. Not a happy customer!
