I used to be a fan of this website, but unfortunately I’m not anymore. I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago, it took forever to finally ship out (they emailed me and apologized, so that’s fine) Then when it was finally shipped, they had “removed” 2 items from my cart, claiming they were now out of stock. It was in stock when I ordered it, so I don’t get how they can take something out.. I now still have to receive my package, the FedEx tracking number they gave me is invalid, so I cant even see where it is. I wish I could just cancel the whole thing and get my money back 🙁
Hi Jessica, I would definitely contact support@hollar.com and explain what you’ve told us. They will make it right. I have had amazing experiences with their customer service. They will give you a credit for anything that does not meet your expectations (based on my experiences) so I feel very confident in ordering from them knowing if I am ever not satisfied they will refund my order. I hope this helps you! They also give a $2 credit per item that is not in stock after placing your order. I am sorry to hear about your past order. I’m going through a similar situation with Walgreens at the moment (my order was damaged in shipping and they can’t track it down). I have a feeling I’m never getting the soap I ordered, bummer, because Collin posted it at $0.99 and I was so excited I got 10 of them.
