Is the wishlist code still valid if we haven’t used it? Are we usually able to combine the two codes? Looking at Saturday, 30% off toys.

I doubt it? When they had the 20% off sale it was toys and sports equipment, and the latter category covered bikes etc.
It does say it excludes hover boards. Does that mean it could include electric scooters?

When I have a category Q from Target, I always go by the cartwheel categories. Bikes etc are usually under sporting goods so they won’t work for a “toy” Q. Same with video games, books, and even some baby “toys” aren’t “toys” if that makes any sense.
That’s smart! I look at the first three numbers in the dpci to know what category it is. 030 is baby, 204 is toys, 082 is sporting goods, etc 🙂

On 11/24 I hope they will have good deals on PS4 controller and headphone for my son’s Christmas and he is 12 years old! Also I am planning to grab Playstation Network card and Steam card for him too.
