I have been going nuts trying to get my new account to ” authenticate”. I signed up for the Dory deal awhile back, and probably won’t get my money back. I have tried all kinds of things. Does anyone have their phone number?

I have a account with them and had my husband sign up for a account to get the Finding Dory DVD and they said we couldn’t get the cash back because there was a account with similar info. I thought you and your spouse could have accounts and get the deal. I was very disappointed!
