I purchased a Samsung tablet with my credit. I did a search on Amazon for tablets, then refined my search to only see Prime eligible items (trying to narrow down the seller to Amazon), then sorted by low to high price…then picked based off price and recent reviews. Happy shopping!

Mine either but I emailed Amazon and they told me it was a known problem. They ended up giving me a 60 dollar promotional credit that I can use in anything. You should totally email them!

I had wondered the same things, so I looked it up. It’s quite buried in there, but it’s possible to contact them!
Open Amazon on your browser, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page (where it’s navy colored) & it had different things to contact Amazon about. Look for “Let Us Help You,” click HELP & scroll to bottom of page. Look for “Need More Help?” Click it. Click “Contact Us” Select “Prime or Something Else” The #2 bullet will have a drop down menu. Click “Prime Photos” and then on #3 bullet, select “Email” A dialogue box will pop up for you to write to them!!!! Good luck!!!!!!!!!!
