WARNING: I ordered the buffalo knots on 11/26 and received an email confirmation of my order that day from Only Natural Pet. Since then, I have received nothing from the company. I emailed customer service several days ago and got no response. I called customer service as soon as they opened this morning – had to leave a message – and have received no response 13+ hours later. They keep sending me emails wanting me to buy more from them, but they can’t give me an answer about my order (never mind getting me the products I ordered).
