    I have ordered from them several times in the past. First two orders were not a problem at all. Then they never shipped TWO separate orders and charged me for them. I experienced terrible customer service from them with both these orders. It took ALOT of work and many hours to get a refund. I am no longer a customer.

        Thank you for this response. The oders I never received were placed about 8 months ago. (Not during a recent sale). I feel a customers concerms should be just as important when they happenin real time, and not just because I shared my experiemce on a public forum. Your conpany charged my credit card and it was a huge struggle to obtain a refund. (My order was quite substantial) After much work on my part, you later admitted that the items I ordered were out of stock and thats why they did not ship. There was no I am sorry for the inconvenience or no response to be sure I remained a customer. Again, thank you for your response here but I am no longer a customer. Wishing you the best.
