so do i have to purchase a $100 gift card or could I get say.. four $25 gift cards?

    • Princess

They come in the following denominations only: 100, 150, 200, 250.

  5. Princess

Thank you. I got one, and can’t wait to spend it all on the amazing deals you post. I know my daughter will love the bear (I’ll put it next to her while she’s sleeping).

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How sweet! You’re very welcome! Glad you could snag it for her!

We get the bear every year (usually its when you spend $100 on a toy purchase) and then our elf leaves it the nigjt before Christmas with a little note saying to hug the bear when my son is missing the elf etc. then we leave it out the night BEFORE the elf comes and he “switches” places with the bear (aka we throw it away lol) and it starts our holiday elf visit!

    • Em

What a fun tradition! It sounds like the bear is only gently used, so you might consider donating it rather than throwing it away. Merry Christmas!

      • Stephanie

We actually tried to donate one year but they said they dont accept plush animals…so we never tried again but we have since moved so I should try it again! Thanks for the reminder!

        • Alison

I’ve also found it tough to find somewhere willing to take unwanted stuffed animals. I had success putting them on freecycle (a bagful). Trying to talk myself out of this deal since those things multiply like crazy, lol!

    • Thia

Donate it to Toys for Tots

      • Stephanie

My local one doesnt accept used plush items…

    • Nicole

Our local Sheriffs Department gladly accepts used stuffed animals. They give them to scared children.

Thanks Colin, we’ve been waiting for this! Does anyone know how many free bears we can get? (Ex. if I buy 3 $100 gift cards, will I get 3 bears?)

    • Kate

No dice. You can get one free bear per denomination amount, so you’d have to buy 3 different GC amounts if you wanted 3 bears. HTH!

  8. Allie

Thank you! We love our amazon bear from last year! Good deal since we’re always buying from Amazon and this gift card will be used up in no time!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Perfect! You welcome Allie!

  9. Joe

How big is the teddy bear?

    • Dianne

      10″

This is an awesome way to convert my Visa rebate card ($100 from Discount Tire for buying a set of tires over labor day) into something that won’t expire. Out of curiosity, does anyone know how we can use these rebate cards as partial payment online? I have another $50 coming from the KitchedAid mixer, and I am not sure how I can use it other than buying a gift card.

    • Jennifer Porter

I had a gift card and wanted to use it for partial payment and amazon told me you couldn’t do that. They only take amazon cards as partial payments, so the way around it (and amazon suggested this) is to use your gift card to buy an amazon card and then use that as a partial payment.

Thanks for posting, I got the similar deal last year, was hoping they’d do it again!

FWIW, mine came with the usual 2-day prime shipping — 1-day would have cost extra.

  12. CourtneyAmanda

The reviews on the bear are…..interesting.

  13. Sharon

I received this bear today and it is so soft and adorable! Happy with my purchase!
    Thanks Collin! 🙂
