Happened to me too
Happened last time as well, I emailed customer service, they credited it, emailed again this time – nothing yet. It is mildly annoying at this point. Overall, I would recommend Hollar, I have enjoyed 80% of my purchases, but the whole ‘these items are out of stock, here is a refund’ part is starting to get annoying, especially when you are gift shopping. Happened on the last 2 orders as well as the store credit issues.
