Sometimes you have to pay at least one cent, but often with the full points back, you can’t use any points

I snag three pair of these and paid $24.21 after using a $5 off a $25 footwear purchase coupon and two dollars and some change in shop your way rewards points that I had. I’m getting back $22.63 in points, which means I basically paid $1.58 for 3 pairs of shoes, or about .53 cents each. I ordered all 3 pairs in sizes larger than my son is currently wearing so I have some shoes stocked up for when his feet grow. Thanks so much for sharing this!!

How do these rewards work? I’m a shop your way member but I rarely shop at Sears. How do you get points, do they put it on your card?
It’s more like they put it on your account, and you can use it in store or online at both Sears and Kmart. I only shop in Sears when there are deals like this or surprise points (points they just give it to you) in my account. For every purchase, you can choose to redeem some/all of your available points. When you do so, you risk not getting all points back for this purchase though.
Surprise points is probably my favorite feature with SYW. I think they give me more points when I didn’t shop there at all. All my bath towels (16+) are from Sears, for free. So, check your account from time to time would actually surprise you!

I placed the order and it said i earned $0 (i used my points to order 2 pairs). Am I doing something wrong? I ended up canceling my order since I was ordering these to donate (they didn’t have any in my kids size). Hopefully they will credit my points back to my account. I’m going to try and do this deal again and see if i can get the points..but i’m wondering if there’s a trick to getting the rewards. Thank you.

There are other deals along with the sneaker deals and if you have already reached your $30 limit then that may explain it. Anyone else have one of their 3 pairs’ order cancelled? It looks like one of mine was, and when I check online it looks like it’s still in Stock, so it really seems like they purposefully cancelled it just so I only got $20 on points rather than the $55 I would have gotten for 3 pairs 😠 how frustrating.

I did do a chat and they tried to say the payment didn’t go through (which it did). They said I would still get the point since the error was on their side, but I’m not holding my breath.
