If you paid any shipping cost (your order did not qualify for free shipping) email them and complain, you might get your shipping cost refunded at least. Last year, when I shopped at Old Navy before Christmas, and I mean well before Christmas, I paid $5 or so in shipping and it took them like 19 days to deliver (way beyond the promised timeline at the checkout). I was so furious because we were going out of town and these were gifts. I emailed them and got my shipping cost refunded. The package arrived the day before we left, talk about last minute…
Me too, still waiting for my order to be shipped from Old Navy/ GAP since late November. Yeah it hasn’t even been shipped yet. So not happy with their service! Will not order anytime soon again.
For those with shipping pending at Old Navy. I emailed customer service yesterday and asked them to cancel my Cyber Monday order. Never heard back, but today I got an email to show that my items have shipped this morning.
Same thing happened at Aeropostale last year. As soon as you try to cancel your order (due to extremely slow shipping), they will ship your items.
I still have an order pending shipment at Banana Republic from late November. Annoying!

Hate this place after yesterday. Found out they cut up their clothes and throw it away!!!! Not even helping those in need. I’m still shocked. I even googled it and nothing came up until I researched deeper and found an article on it! Shame.

I just placed an order using my 30% special code, Enjoy for 10% and Joy for free shipping. I purchased 4 items for $30.86 (that includes tax). It didn’t give me an option to print or see my order after I placed it. I looked at my email and the total dollar amount is wrong, shipping was charged and one sweater is listed as more than it is on their website. I’ve been on hold 15 minutes so far trying to talk to someone. If you place an order make sure to print before pressing the final button and then compare to the email you received. I looked at my credit card and they did charge me the higher amount.
Darn! Hoping they can resolve this for you soon! I’m wondering if you are charged the higher amount at first and then it readjusts?
How odd. We have always received gap and old navy items within thre shipping time frame. It usually takes less than 4 business days to arrive. When it doesn’t arrive in time they send an email apologizing but I actually already received my package. I should say we have a gap card and get free shipping on all orders.
I entered JOY for the free shipping (order before sale price & discounts was $59.98). After sale prices was $26, but it took the shipping discount off and it’s looking like it added a $7 charge.

I ordered around Black Friday, 1/2 of my shipment came today. Hopefully, the others will be here soon. I’ve ordered from old navy lots of times, this is definitely the longest its ever taken to get my items.
