Is the Gymboree site temperamental? I entered a 20% code that I found in a magazine and then tried to add something to my cart. It had me enter the code in again and now I can’t use it, like it’s already been used even though I never completed the checkout when it was applied to my cart. Is it true also that you can’t use merchandise credit (from a return in store) on the website? I wish their site was more user friendly, I guess I won’t be placing an order with them.
I’m having the same issue. I went through one of the “refer a friend” links above, the code automatically appeared in my checkout billing section, I started checking out to see if the code would work, it seemed to work so I decided to go back and shop some more. Once I added more items to my cart and went to check out again it keeps telling me the “promo code not valid” right above the promo code window. However, right next to it it says “$xx.xx from promotional code (XXXXXXXXX) applied to this order” and the same code automatically appears in the promo code window. Don’t know how to work around this, does anybody have any suggestions? Would greatly appreciate your help.

For those having trouble with the site (adding items and coupon codes), I had trouble using Safari as my browser, but when I tried with Firefox I had no issues at all. It might have been a fluke, but it could be worth a try.
