If you get the pop up for a gift (mine came up as a free three piece holiday set) it removes the HOLLY30 code and puts in the code for the gift with purchase. So for me, since I reached the $50 free shipping after HOLLY30, it was a much better deal to forgo the gift.

Laura Geller makeup is as bad as ELF and Ultra brand makeup…very low quality, waxy formula and low to zero pigment

also, if people know what they like and have tried this brand in the past, what is the harm in them purchasing it again, even if you don’t like it?
ELF has some stuff that holds up against expensive brands. Also, I am assuming you are speaking of Ulta brand cosmetics.
Absolutely NOT bad quality makeup. I would place it one of the TOP makeup brands. Also, ELF is an amazing cost efficient makeup that has a HUGE following. Elf isn’t my favorite, but it is WELL worth the cost. Laura Geller is really amazing stuff.

I have not received an email saying whether my order has shipped and my PayPal still shows the payment as pending Has anyone else received a shipping confirmation or gotten their products?
Haven’t heard from them since I placed my order. Emailed to find out about shipping last Friday with no response yet…thinking this order won’t be here for xmas
I actually received my products yesterday via UPS. I never got an email with the tracking information, or that my order had been processed. My paypal still shows the payment as pending and my credit card attached to PP hasnt been charged either. However, the makeup is here so theres that. Im just going to keep an eye on my paypal to make sure the payment goes through before the request expries, as I dont want them to come back and say I never paid for the products and then attempt to charge full price.
No email and order says “released” but not shipped. No response from customer service. Attempting contact on Twitter now, since Facebook, email and their website got me nowhere
They replied that during sales you need to allow 3-5 extra days for processing on top of the 3-5 standard days. Never would have ordered had I read the fine print on the website. Seems they should have something on their checkout page that highlights the extended shipping time. Will not be ordering from them again
They cancelled my order and pretended it’s due to the fact they lost the package…. had it happened to shybody else?
