I know! Just saw list.. Basically it can be used on .0001% of the products they carry. Lol. Was trying to get a gaming gift card and that’s excluded.
I signed up and ordered a pr if headphones, a ps4 network card and a DS game totaling a little over $100 and only $12.75 was discounted.. must not work on everything.
