Today I bought the Lorax at target for 3.99 and then got 10% off got with cartwheel. It came with an $8 code to see sing from fandango. So I bought 7 movies and will take my whole family. Then donate all the movies to toys 4 toys.
Last time I did this I realized the $8 fandango code does not give you a free convenience fee so it wasn’t as good of a deal but still better than full price tickets.
If your local theater has a rewards type card you might be able to link it. I’ve linked my fandango account to my Marcus theater card and the convenience fee is waived.
Yes, my AMC Stubs card lets me waive the Fandango fees as well.
I’ll look into it. Ours is a regal. Thanks for the info.
This is perfect for me. I can get the cereal on sale, use a coupon, give my niece the movie tickets and donate the cereal to my local food bank.
Sweet!
Off topic but I purchased fandango gift cards thinking the theater near me accepted them. Closest one is 2 hours away. $75 worth of fandago….do they expire?
Fandango GCs never expire. Perhaps you can “gift” them to someone during the holidays?
The Fandango don’t expire. If you ever curious if one does, it would have to explicitly state that on the card by law.
Cheerioes are BOGO at Publix today
Has anyone tried this? I am planning to take my kids to a movie on Christmas Day so I would love to buy 21 boxes of cereal and get 7 free movie tickets. I don’t see any details about having to go to a specific theater, or blackout dates, etc. I’m a little skeptical– don’t want to buy all the cereal and then discover it won’t work for my scenario.
Do you have to buy the cereals at the same time, or can you send in several receipts?
You have to get separate receipts for every 3 boxes you buy. I lost free concession cash by not doing that last time they had a promotion:-(
My Kroger doesn’t have any “specially marked boxes.” I’m tempted to try it without the marked boxes and just a receipt. Thoughts?
I’m trying to figure out the same thing.
Why do the cereal boxes say Win Free Movie Tickets on the cereal in the stores (10/27/18) but the coupon/event ended 2017 WTH?
