These flannels are awesome; I own several! However, just a heads up…I have an order that I placed back on 12/2. Still hasn’t shipped. Their Facebook page is full of complaints of customers who placed orders dating as far back as 11/25 ish who still haven’t received their orders. The website is advertising guaranteed delivery by 12/23 if you place an order by 12/18….I’m not holding my breath. I’m hesitant to place another order. 😕
Agreed…I ordered on Black Friday and got an apology email this week saying it still had not shipped and some of the items are now out of stock. They emailed a confirmation today that the only item left in the order that is still available shipped today expedited at no charge. I’m glad they are trying to make it right, but that is a long turnaround for a company as big as this. Hopefully that is a sign of a good economy…trying to look on the bright side!
Do NOT order online. Go read their facebook page. Orders from Black Friday still haven’t shipped and customer service is not answering.

I ordered on black Friday and got my order 2 days ago. I had to call in because it was taking so long. They just got bombarded with orders and are super backed up. If you’re ordering gifts, it might not be such a great idea to order online, but if it’s for yourself, why not? Save a few bucks, just have to wait a bit longer, that’s all.
Old Navy is always slow on delivery especially if it’s free shipping.
Agreed. I think I waited 2 month this summer for my shipment and on top of that they canceled 1/2 of my order. I was not a happy shopper!
I received mine from black Friday….they are really big. Had to take them to get fitted as I felt like I looked like a box in them. I was drowning in a medium, but because I am so tall I didn’t want to get anything smaller! But very comfortable

I love these shirts and own several of them! Got them for around $9 on Black Friday. Here’s a tip: order these shirts in the tall length and they are long enough to wear with leggings. They are super cute!!!
Placed an order for two of these on 11/28, and they just arrived today. They were only $8 when I ordered them, and I am so happy with them. Excellent fit. Just need to see how they hold up in the wash.
