I realized the same after I bought some hair products,,,,I went back in and they gave me my money back…but it took away my 10,000 points. I called when I got home and the manager was super nice and said sorry and to come back in and they will correct it.

I went this morning and scored some great deals! They gave me 22000 points!!! I was only supposed to get 10000 plus 2000 for the crest kids toothpaste. I think it let me do the 10000/30$ purchase online loaded to my card and the one in the store ad! Such a steal!

If you scan the in-ad q and have it clipped it gives you double back. Worked for me yesterday.

Yes. They can only be redeemed once.
The coupon says…Once activated, offer valid for up to 3 transaction per account through December 20 when you use your balance rewards card. Collin does that mean you can use the coupon up to 3 times and earn the 10,000 points each time, or am I reading that wrong?

Did both Axe clipped coupons come off for anyone? I only had one come off. Didn’t get as good a deal at my Walgreens. Pepsi was 3/$4, only got one Axe coupon off, and they were out of candy bars. So got 10 items for $8.66. In other words, less for more! But still a good deal.

Ok, I clipped it, they scanned the app bar code at purchase but my receipt is saying points will be credited in 3-5 business days? Is that usual? Ugh…had just been using my phone number in the CC console & points were always instant so I’m concerned maybe I didn’t get credit? Thanks!
Check your balance rewards point on the app. My receipt also say 3-5days. But I checked App then show up!
For some reason, I didnt get the $10 rewards. I even did two separate transactions and both times didnt work. Manager said $30 must be total after coupons. Help!

Me the 10,000, my receipt didn’t even show my point totals at all, called manager she manually added them, receipt showed my balance from Saturday, she added them again and total didn’t show at all again. I looked at my account online and showed the system was down. I just checked and it is showing my balance from Saturday still so I am waiting til tomorrow and will call the 800 number if.still not there! If you are having issues, I know the system was down for sure around 545 eastern time!!

Wags and their points program has really not performed lately for lots of people. Missing points that were clipped etc. and their customer service is really slow and non responsive.
Sooo i followed this to the T any my total was highervthen $19.62. It was like $3 higher. Even though prices were spotvon with yours. I double checked my receipt to this list too. Uuuugh. And for some reason, i got $3 off the Axe and was also able to use a $2 mfq for the Pepsi as well. That brought my total down to $19.12 thanks to the $1 higher Axe q it used and the $2 P q. Butvmy cost oop shoulda been $3 lower then this scenario. Confused.

My trip was a disaster yesterday. I got everything as above, clipped all the electronic coupons, some of them did not take off. The $5 off Pantene and the coupons for the Axe did not come off. When I asked about it, the manager was called up to rering the whole order. When she was done, she said I owed an additional $10+. She rang it up 4 times, had 4 different totals. I finally paid the extra feeling pretty bad. It did finally take off most of the coupons, however I did not get the $3 RR and it did not take off the pepsi coupon. But I did get 24,000 balance reward points. I will not do electronic coupons in the future, their system is too hit or miss and it is very embarrassing to stand there while they act like you are wasting their time! No wonder I go to CVS mostly.
