I ordered from them last Northface deal you posted and got the jacket and didn’t have Northface stitched anywhere on the jacket like it showed in the picture….just in the tag. So beware of this company!!!
I ordered from them too and I just checked my jacket. It has The North Face logo stuck/glued on the front, not stitched. And it feels like rubber stickers. My other north face that I got from Dicks has the logo stitched on. I didn’t notice until this post brought it to my attention. Maybe it’s not genuine. I bought one from here for my husband. I may have to unwrap it and see about the logo.
This is really upsetting! I don’t take kindly to being scammed. I guess the price was too good to be true.
My husband’s had the same rubber letters, but had tags. It looks just like the logo on the north face website. Maybe I got an older version of the jacket before the logo was stitched. 😐

Mine was a stitched on North Face! With north face tags! I have also order Under Amour that came with the tags also!
Mine didn’t come with any tags!!!! SO upsetting!
Not every North Facelogo is stitched, some are pressed on like these Agave’s as seen on our site or Cabelas. If anyone has customer service issues please contact cullen@proozy.com and we will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order.
I’ve gotten zip jackets at the outlet that have the pressed on logos… they sell like hot cakes! Lol
Almost placed an order, so glad I read the comments first. This is why try to only order directly from the brands website, ESPECIALLY during the holidays.

Hit the outlets nearest you. I saw full zip fleece for $30.
Mine did not come with a tag either. It was supposed to be a gift! Just beware. I do think it is real, though, but someone here on another post suggested she thought these are returned items and that is why they don’t have tags. That might be it.

I’ve ordered from them twice and both times the jackets were exactly as described with the stitched logo and tags, but it wasn’t this style.
