I ordered with the deal on Dec 1 too. I had not heard anything regarding my order. Emailed customer service and they never responded. I called today and waited 35 minutes to talk to someone. The representative told me he didn’t have any information to give me. I asked him to follow up on it after our call. I finally got a ship notification tonight.
I ordered the deal on the personalized name necklace for my daughters stocking for Christmas, received it yesterday and it is not the right name! Trying to get through to customer service at the moment, but since it took 2 weeks to get this one I know even if they fix this it won’t be ready by Christmas.. after reading some of the comments on this post I’m sure I wont be ordering again from them! Big disappointment!
