I had one of these for my iPhone 6 and it is a great Apple made product. Greatly extended my batter life and you charge the phone and the case at the same time (ie you leave the case on to charge and it is intelligent enough to charge the phone first then the case). You can also see both the case and phone battery percentage in your settings. Well worth the money to me if you keep your phone for 2 years.
I have harder time justifying it when I replace my phone every year so I now use an external battery instead
