I can’t figure out how to even submit this code? I enter codes all the time, but it won’t let me submit today or even last night. Not sure why?
I have a problem copying and pasting the usual way at times.
This being one of those time, I had to hit the back button at the front of the code after I entered it.
It then lit up so it could be submitted.
Not sure why a space comes up sometimes for me.

Not sure if this will help you, but I have to enter a dash after the fourth letter once I’ve cut and pasted the code in on my account page for entering codes. Then, it automatically enters the additional dashes and changes to a red SUBMIT button, allowing me to click.
After you log in go to collect points on the top left click on that and a drop down menu appears click on enter points copy and paste the code hit the space bar and it will take the code

You need to enter a “-” after the first 4 letters and then it will work
