BEWARE before ordering from Too Faced! They have MANY orders from early December that they have not shipped yet. They guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery to customers repeatedly, and they still have not shipped. Customer Service does not respond. Buyer beware!
That’s awful. 😕 I ordered from them 2 separate times before Christmas and had no issues. I wonder why their having issues. I love their makeup and their half off deals! Hopefully they can work out their costumer service issues.
I think they got in over their heads with the peach line, but it is horrible. I have this pending charge and order that is processing and cannot get any response. On 12/22 they emailed everyone who ordered Dec 14-20 and promised they would overnight to have every order delivered by 12/24. It has blown up all over social media too. It should be a PR nightmare, but they have gone completely silent to customers. I wonder how they are processing orders for the brand new launch not to mention this sale with this mess.
Yes, I ordered on the 14th and received nothing. My order still shows a pending and I still have a pending charge. I asked them to cancel my order and finally received a reply yesterday apologizing that I must be included in the system glitch but they hope to send out by Saturday (meaning Christmas Eve). Terrible customer service. They should’ve sent out an email to everyone immediately and offered coupons or something to those affected. Instead empty promises and canned responses.
I ordered a few things during the 50% off sale and the orders have been sitting there for a week. I understand the holidays make it slower but today I checked my card and the charges aren’tthere now. If anything has went wrong witb my orders that will be my last go around with Too Faced.
