I saw the $20 off digital coupon on walgreen’s page for the Oral-b pro 1000, https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/oral-b-pro-1000-electric-rechargeable-power-toothbrush-powered-by-braun/ID=prod6044218-product , so I clipped it and saved it on my rewards card. But when buying the 1000, the cashier wouldn’t accept the digital coupon. Thankfully, when I gave her the $20 coupon from the ad I found in the store, she accepted that. Shouldn’t she had processed the digital coupon?

same issue here…but still a nice deal… point boosted like 4 dollars

The digital one should have come off automatically if clipped to card but, not until you punch in your reward card info and they hit total..

I did have that problem last week where I clipped it and it and it didn’t show up.

Good Luck! My Walgreens would only process the Walgreens $20.00 off coupon but not with the $5.00 manufacturer’s coupon. The manager claimed the $20 Walgreens coupon was provided by the manuf, even though it was a Walgreens coupon and therefore two manuf coupons can’t be used… What?!! ANNND, he tried to accuse me of coupon fraud! What!? He even said, that would be too good of a deal so it can’t be allowed!!

    • Lo

Would it have worked if you handed him one coupon and had the other clipped to your card?

      • Madrupps

Oooh, maybe I’ll try that. Thanks!

    • Nick

“He even said, that would be too good of a deal so it can’t be allowed!!”

That drives me crazy!0 If he doesn’t like it, he can pick up the phone, call headquarters, and complain. It’s not the customer’s fault.

Mine too just spent 30 min it wouldn’t take $5 off so i had photos to pay for also so they took $5 off photos but definitely frustrating

I would really love to know if anyone has managed to get either of these Oral-b deals to work. Which one and how exactly…?

I was able to do this deal online for the 14.99. I clipped the 20 and the 5 off. The five wouldn’t come off so I did a chat and they added 5,000 points to my card. And I just shipped it to the store for free.

    • Lo

Yes I’ve tried for awhile to get the extra $5. I will try that also. Thanks!

      • Tiffany

You are welcome. Hope it works for you!

I just went to my local store and got it for 14.99. However, it did take some work. I used the $20 coupon in the ad but it didn’t take the $5 off. The cashier called the manager and he stated it didn’t come off because they were both store coupons. I handed her my phone and said no, the $5 off is a manufacturer coupon. She said oh, well If it’s a manufacturer I can just key it in. So she did and it took the extra $5 off. Neither boxes left in the store had the $10 off coupon. But glad I scored it for $14.99. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback Renee! You’re welcome!

Also, for next couple days you earn 5x points for purchases IF you either clip the coupon for it to your card or hand them the coupon to scan..

  10. Alissa

I was also able to score this deal with a little work. The $20 took off fine but the $5 did not. The manager was kind enough to make the adjustment though!

    • Alissa

I did notice after the fact that I didn’t receive 5X points even though I had it clipped.

  11. Irene

$20 came off with cut out coupon in store. Digital coupon for the additional $5 wouldn’t work. Spoke with the manager, no go. But she suggested I call the balance rewards number, 855-225-9225, and explain the problem. That service rep awarded me the 5000 points instead. A little extra work but a good result.

  12. Judy Trac

    Got one for my boyfriend

  13. jenny

There’s $10 off $50 with Visa Checkout if you can get your order up that high.

  14. Madrupps

I bought two on walgreens.com site. I TRIED to use the $20.00 coupon but it only deducted from ONE of the toothbrushes. I talked to someone on chat who stated that it was only good for ONE toothbrush even though it clearly says “Up to three” right on the coupon. So then she tried to claim that you can only buy up to three in-store but can only buy online…what???!!
