I do NOT recommend buying fine jewelry from Kohls. We got my engagement ring that was about $1,000 (paid closer to $400 for it), and within a couple months the “gold-plated sterling silver” turned black! I’ve had sterling silver rings for years and have never had them turn black.
I returned it but only got $300 back because I didn’t have my receipt anymore. A huge disappointment.
I recommend going somewhere that specializes in fine jewelry if you are going to invest more than $100. Kohls is not the place to go!

Sarah, I have had a similar experience with “silver” bracelets from Kohl’s. I love Kohl’s but the jewelry is poor quality and a few necklaces have broke within one day of wearing them
I have never had an issue with the kohls fine jewelry. I actually just took a bunch of the jewelry I got there to be appraised and it all appraised for at least three times what I paid. However I have only bought gold jewelry and always inspect and exchange it until I find the right stone. There are “gems” to be found just have to be careful with what you are buying.
I got this set a little before Christmas time, it’s very pretty and has held up great. I originally ordered it and paid $500ish. Then found one in store in my size and end up paying a little over $400 for the set.
Oh I would so buy it for 400!
