I checked my SYWR account this morning and had $7 in surprise points to spend at Kmart on toys – no minimum! I used SYW Max shipping and got $1 back in points for choosing the no rush option!
I found a $5 off $5 purchase in my surprise points list. I don’t use Shop Your Way rewards very often so I’m not sure what triggers those offers but I used the $5 credit to grab a Little Wonders Newborn & Infant Boy’s Bodysuit – Explorer Bear for $1.94 and did free in-store pickup. I also saw these Big Fab Find Supersize Jumbo Fiber bed pillows marked at $4.99 (although I had to add two to trigger the $5/$5 points) and there were lots of other baby/toddler items priced between $5 and $7 dollars.

While I am totally taking advantage of their point system, I honestly don’t see how they can sustain it for long. Is this why Kmart store all over are going out of business? I get free stuff all the time and play the sweeps games and always do the 100% back in points on items I can use….Love it, but not sure how they can make money this way.
I was thinking the same , I have never paid much out of pocket since I keep getting surprise pts, points from sweeps and win it app.
I have to spend a lot in order to be able to use those points. Not a good deal. 🙁

Weeks ago, and was supposed to get $50.40 in points and only ended up getting $20. And they EXPIRED in two weeks! Normally their bonus points don’t expire for 90 days. I never would’ve bought the item without the point deal.
Write to customer service with the order # and issue. I did this about missing bonus points and they gave me my points 3 days later.
Sometimes the points go into your account at different times especially with bonus points… Larger bonus amounts expire in as little as 7 days sometimes so you have to read the point details… Plus if u paid with points or used a coupon that can change the amount you get back…HTH

When you get towards the end of your check out, it will ask you if you want to redeem points, that is when you enter the amount of points you want to redeem, 1000 points = $1.00. Just do not enter your credit card information, you will see the redeem points section before you need to enter your card info if that helps.

Be sure you are buying something that falls under the correct category. For instance, I tried to get a couple pair of slipper socks when I had a $10 off $10 shoe deal. No go. But then I tried ladies slippers, and it worked.

I have been having some rotten luck with Kmart and Sears online/in store. I have had 3 online orders get lost in the system in the last 45 days and no one has an explanation as to why. 2 orders were canceled but only after i got confirmation emails that the items ordered were available to pick up in store and I went and no one was able to locate the items. No one cares that I have had issues and then they cannot assist with any point questions so after multiple calls I have to contacts SWY rewards to get additional help. SWY always says that Kmart/Sears employees should be trained to assist and help with any questions, but that is never the case. I talked to 6 different CS reps and awaited two ‘back end’ emails on status updates in regards to a Blu Ray DVD i ordered that never shipped. I even asked to speak with a manager to resolve the month long pending issue and they kindly transferred me to their Spanish department.
I always try to take advantage of my coupons/points.

I have had similar experience with SYWR that needed up costing me about $50 worth of points that I was supposed to get back which was n very awarded, so now I avoid them like a plaque besides the Kmart store in my store just closed. 🌺
I had a similar experience! I ordered a diaper bag for my sister who just had a baby and I got the confirmation email that said the order was ready but it also said the order was cancelled. Went to the store and the manager said they did not have any more in stock and he would call me a couple days later when the truck came in. Got a call from the manager but he said that diaper bag was being discontinued! I was a little disappointed but I got even more annoyed when I got my credit card bill with the charge on it! Planning on calling SYW in the next day or so. Why are they charging my card for an order that was cancelled?? All this trouble because I had a $15 off a $15 order coupon!
Nothing for me. It is always some catch, have to spend $35 or some other amount to get $5 off. Haven’t shopped at Sears in a long time and don’t shop at Kmart.
It’s not always some catch 😊 some offers are $5/$35, some are $5/$5 and they are obviously not as frequent.
I had $15 in surprise points when I checked on the stove you posted yesterday. It worked with the coupon code. So we got the stove you posted for $376 after tax with in store pick up! Sweet deal!

Word of warning – check for the surprise points through the SYW link. I first logged on to my Kmart app and they were not there. When I logged on to the SYW site they showed up as Sears. They didn’t show up on Sears until I had things in my cart.
So just a heads up to check more than 1 site.
How long does it take for 100% back in points to post to SYWR account? Bought towels for my parents on Christmas Eve Day that were 100% back in points but don’t see them posted yet.
Usually after your order is picked up or shipped.
You won’t see those till 1/1/17

Wow! I checked yesterday and had $7 to spend on toys. Today I noticed $5 for shoes, $5 for home, AND $7 for clothing! All with no minimum! Kmart, here I come! Lol.
I had $7 in home and $5 in shoes. Tried to use both at once and it did not work. Only one applied, so a heads up if you have multiple. I went home and used the other for in store pickup. Thanks for posting these deals, I love it!! BTW this is under membership rewards not coupons if you are searching for it.
