I purchased several personalized ones on Dec 5th for Christmas and on Dec 23, after a week of back and forth with customer service about why my order hadn’t shipped, they cancelled 2 of them. So two of my nieces and nephews didn’t get one and I feel so incredibly awful. It looks like they took away the personalization option too. Their support has been the absolute worst I’ve ever had to deal with and I will never spend my money there again.
I’m so sorry! 🙁 I’ve always had great experience with customer service for Disney store. Have you tried calling back or using the online help? Sad your gifts didn’t work out for all of the kids too. Do you have a store nearby, wonder if they can help any.

I purchased two of these blankets during a deal posted on here last year. They are awesome. My daughter is 3 and uses them on her bed every night so they have gone through many washings. Both are still in excellent condition and so soft and warm. They are big enough that she will be using them for many years to come. I would highly recommend them.
