  I noticed that too, but there’s a listing on Ebay through the official Asics store for one of the same shoes above and on the title it says “Pre-School Sizing”.

   It’s for little kids. Too small for my 8 year old. 🙁 I hate how they size children’s shoes. Too confusing!
