I really wanted a Kichen Aid mixer too, I thought I missed a good deal when the Pro was on sale online at Costco after Christmas for $200, but this is much better. I wished I could have bought one, I hope they have a similar deal soon.
The Pro is a totally different mixer – metal gears, higher wattage, etc. It’s like comparing apples and oranges. This WAS a super amazing deal, though, no arguing that 🙂

You just cant out shop people who make a living buying and reselling. I’m sure someone saw this and hopped on and purchased as many as they possibly could for resale. I was at a flea market in the spring and someone was selling these brand new in the box for $120. He must of had 50 of them and they were going fast!

Resellers are quick on the draw when it comes to extreme deals. Back in the summer posted a staples office chair deal. A $109.99 chair was $9.99 limit of 4. They were gone quick! When I went to pick up my 1 chair there was a family of 5 who all placed separate orders totaling 20 chairs. A store employee asked what they were going to do with all the office chairs and they said they buy and resell. Come to find out later after reading comments, everyone’s order was getting canceled, it was a key code error with Staples. The chair was supposed to be $50 off and on sale for $59.99.
So I got the we need to verify email too. And I didn’t want to wait, so I called customer service. Turns out it was just a fraud protection. I verified info and he processed my order on through. I got my pick up email in 5 min after that!

So here’s a question? My Sears is closing in the next month or so… so the buy online pick up at store isn’t available. I called but the salesman blew me off. Said we don’t sell these for $79.98! But if the mixer is there… wouldn’t they have to honor that price??? Just curious??
