We have one and we love it!! I hadn’t heard of sous vide cooking but my husband had, along with with my chef brother. It’s very easy to use and it cooks perfect meat, veggies, etc. You can never over cook anything. And this is a great price. Around last Christmas this was on sale for $180. Great deal!
