Just a bit of health info since I’ve been researching things…
Try Tumeric and coconut oil! It whiteness better than anything I’ve used by far!
Google for your own info and to be cautious of any dental work for possible stains, but I’ve not had any issues so far with 2 front fillings.
Coconut oil is good for the gums but not the drain so spit in a tissue/trash.
Tumeric is bright yellow and STAINS (not teeth) so maybe use an older toothbrush.
I spit but leave on teeth in shower and notice a difference in one shot. I brush again with toothpaste just to get rid of the oil taste.

I used powdered tumeric in spice isle.
Also, another thing it’s good for is arthritis! (Picked up capsules for that) I can tell when I run out, it’s time for more!
