Mine was cancelled today, also. Called CS but they were no help. Can’t stand sears. Things like this always happen when I order through them. Never again.
I’ve been having issues with shop your way points. Did an order even got confirmation email saying you earn x amount of points but apparently it’s always approximate which is useless. If they decide it isn’t that many points you just don’t get them.
Looking at the comments, it seems most people’s orders from Sears are being cancelled.

No you can’t use Kohl’s cash to pay your credit card. I has to be used in store or online.
Mine was cancelled finally today. This was after they took the money out, and generated an email to say it was ready to be picked up on the 12th. I went to pick it up from the store with the email, and the store couldn’t find it. After going home and being promised it would be here finally the 15th, today I received an email that they were cancelling the order because it is out of stock. Keep in mind that I was checking this as I was on hold and saw that I could buy the same exact one online for $199 that was supposedly out of stock, but that over the phone they would sell me one for $249 if I was still interested. Hope others have better luck! 🙂

I’ve tried store pick up in different locations and shipping and every order gets cancelled in the confirmation email
My order from Sears got cancelled tonight and I called customer service and all they wanted to offer was $10 towards a more expensive one. (ha)
I also emailed corporate for what it is worth.
