Thank you! Bought myself a child’s size 6 (for my women’s size 8 feet)!
You’re welcome Jay!
Oh wow! So does that mean that a size 5 might fit me? Sz 6.5? That would be amazing!
I think it’s 2 sizes difference
I’m 6.5 and can wear a 4 in kids. A 4.5 or 5 gives you a bit more room for socks.
I believe it’s a 1.5 difference but you can go up or down a half size depending on the fit of the shoe.
A lot of the reviews for Sorel boots says they run half a size too small, so I don’t think a size 5 would fit you in Women’s 6.5
Nice price! My little boy doesn’t really need new snow boots right now, but I went ahead and bought a size up for next winter. Thanks!
Perfect! You’re welcome Steph!
I just spoke to a rep, and she said the Big Kid sizes in Sorel generally runs half to a whole size smaller compare to Women sizes (so if you’re a size 7, then the Big Kid size would be 6-6.5). I wear size 6.5, so I’d have to order 5.5-6. Unfortunately, the SOREL Kid’s Tivoli II Faux Fur-Trim Suede Snow Boots only has size 5 and smaller 🙁
Great post and I am sad that my daughter has grown out of kid sizing. My question is Does anyone know where to get a deal on replacement liners? I have the original Sorel Caribou, They may even be Men’s boots, since they are from 1990! Still going strong.
